Built for Garages
That Get Wet
Every winter on Vancouver Island, vehicles come into garages carrying rain, melting snow, road grit and salt. On a sealed floor all of that sits on the surface until it evaporates or someone squeegees it out.
GT Gridtrack handles it differently. The open-profile tile lets water pass through rather than pooling across the walking surface, and the raised modular structure leaves space beneath the floor for that water to move and for air to circulate.
In practice that means a garage floor you can walk across after parking a wet vehicle, and a slab that is not sitting under standing water all winter. If you wash vehicles in the garage, the same thing applies to the wash water.
It also means you are not committing your concrete to anything. Nothing is glued down. The floor can be lifted, sections can come up for cleaning, and the whole thing can move with you.
